About me and my practice

Joe is an NLP Master Practitioner and trained in the late 1990's. She completed her counselling training in 2004. She has been working as a therapist since 2001 and started her own private practice in 2004. Over the last 20 years, she has gained a wealth of experience.
Her down to earth approach, ethical working, confidentiality, warmth and skills help her clients get the results they are looking for.
She works with individuals and young people (16+).
Joe is happy to work face to face, on the phone or on zoom. Some techniques she uses, for example to resolve trauma ideally need to be face to face to keep you safe.

Experience

She specialises in bullying and abuse, trauma and PTSD, work issues, relationship issues, anxiety and panic attacks, OCD, ME, etc. If you are not sure, just contact me to talk through what you are looking for.
Joe worked for several years with NHS staff, and fertility referrals.

Fees

I charge £50 per 1 hour session.

When I Work

I work weekday mornings (not Mondays) mainly but have some flexibility.
